We'll start by gaining a comprehensive understanding of your objectives and needs. We'll develop a scope of work and a project timeline that lists the deliverables and timelines and we'll recommend solutions to make your tour as successful and as worry-free as possible using our additional services.
DESIGN
During this phase, we'll work with you to select and design your mobile unit as well as any other materials you need for your tour. We'll also meet with you on a regularly scheduled basis to keep you posted on the progress of your mobile unit and the other elements of your tour.
EXECUTE
When your mobile tour is ready to begin, you can rest assured that we'll stay with you all the way. We can put brand ambassadors and street talent at work to reinforce the powerful image of your brand and can also send your literature and products samples to each site so there will be one less detail for you to worry about.
TRACK
We'll help track the effectiveness of your program as well as the return on your investment by providing daily and end of event reports. In addition, we can help maximize your results long after your tour is over by following up on sales leads.
